Wednesday Lenten Worship Series
The Questions of Lent - Wednesday, March 11
Sometimes victory doesn’t come with a lot of fanfare, just simple silence. That's what Jesus' victory sounded like as he was on trial before the Jewish religious leaders with their many accusations and their many leading questions! Silent is how Jesus stood even as they mocked him, spit on him, even hit with their fists. But when they asked him who he was, he wasn't afraid to answer with the truth: "I am the Son of God ... and you will see me at the right hand of power and coming with the clouds of heaven." On that day, Jesus will be acclaimed as King of kings and Lord of lords with loud shouts. We prepare for that day by listening to Jesus speak his saving truth to us today! Worship begins at 6:30PM
